1. Promoter

The promoter of this Prize Draw is WHSmith Travel Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06560378) with its registered office at Greenbridge Road, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN3 3RX (“Promoter”).

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees or contractors of the Promoter, Channel Assist Ltd, associated agencies, or their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering, participants confirm they are eligible and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

3. Competition Period

The Prize Draw will run from 9 April 2026 to 28 April 2026 inclusive (“Competition Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

 

4. How to Enter

4.1 Entry is open to customers making a purchase at participating InMotion Heathrow stores during the Competition Period.
4.2 To enter, participants must complete the competition entry form via the official landing page and provide the required details.
4.3 Required fields include:

• •    Last name 

• •    Email address 

• •    Phone number 

• •    Country of residence 

• •    Destination travelling to 

• •    Valid receipt number 

4.4 One entry per receipt/transaction is permitted. Multiple entries are allowed where separate qualifying purchases are made.
4.5 Receipt validation will take place after the Prize Draw during winner verification.
4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms.

 

5. Prize

5.1 The prize is a family trip for four (either two adults or two adults and two children under 16) to Joshua Tree, California, USA, provided by Element London Ltd.

5.2 The prize consists of:

• •    Return flights (subject to availability and provider discretion) 

• •    3 nights’ self-catering accommodation in Joshua Tree 

• •    Rental car for 4 days (including GPS and fuel allowance) 

• •    Off-road buggy scavenger experience 

• •    Guided stargazing experience 

• •    Immersive painting experience 

• •    National Park vehicle pass 

• •    Booking support 

5.3 The prize:

• •    Is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available 

• •    Must be taken within 12 months of notification 

• •    Is subject to availability and supplier terms 

5.4 The prize does not include (unless otherwise stated):

• •    Travel insurance 

• •    Visas 

• •    Meals and drinks (unless specified) 

• •    Additional transport, transfers, or personal expenses 

• •    or anything not stated in paragraph 5.2

5.5 Additional prize conditions apply, including but not limited to:

• •    At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over 

• •    All travellers must travel together 

• •    Valid passports (minimum 6 months validity) are required 

• •    The winner is responsible for any applicable visas and insurance 

Full prize provider terms apply and will be provided to the winner.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the Competition Period ends.
6.2 The winner will be notified by 26 May 2026 using the contact details provided.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6.4 Proof of purchase (receipt) will be required to claim the prize.

 

7. Publicity

The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity or promotional activity related to the Prize Draw.

 

8. Data Protection

8.1 The Promoter is the data controller for the purposes of this Prize Draw.
8.2 Channel Assist Ltd acts as a data processor on behalf of the Promoter.
8.3 Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the Prize Draw unless explicit consent is given for marketing.

8.5 All data will be securely stored and deleted following completion of the Prize Draw in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

9. Liability

9.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical issues.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Prize Draw or use of the prize.

 

10. General

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary.
10.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3 This Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
